We do not consider our firm to be a mainstream 'estate agency' and we prefer to be known as 'Property Consultants' as opposed to a typical high street Estate Agency. Technically, we are very advanced with a full network of computers, which provide us with fingertip access to extensive databases of information to assist us in our business. Base Properties are not just names above the door as we are actively involved in all aspects of the transactions that take place through our firm. It is comforting for many of our clients to know that they are not dealing with an unknown face or corporation and that we are always available to discuss their property requirements.
